From our friends at Falling Bark Farm this Hickory Syrup is produced in small batches, made from hickory bark and turbinado (minimally refined) cane sugar. The flavor is very earthy and nutty with hints of caramel and smoke. It elevates your pancakes and pairs well with fruit and yogurt.
