Applewood Smoked Bacon is pleasantly sweet yet milder than most smoked bacon. Each slab is hand rubbed, aged and smoked with select Applewood chips. No water is added which results in very little shrinkage during cooking. Because it is dry cured, the bacon does not require refrigeration until the package is opened.
